The Swan dress is delivered free of charge within the Netherlands with Postnl and can be tracked with track&trace.
Exchanges
The purchased item can be exchanged for another size within 14 days, provided it is in original condition and unworn.
Please send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.com, stating your order number. You will receive a different size so you can compare the dresses. Once you have made your choice, you will receive a return label.
Returns
Returns within the Netherlands are free of charge. The purchased item can be returned within 14 days if it is in original condition and unworn. Please send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.com. You will receive a return label and the outstanding amount will be refunded within 5 working days after receipt of the article.

The perfect maternity dress from Swan and the people is shipped free of charge to Belgium with DHL. The package can be followed with track & trace of DHL.

The purchased item can be returned within 14 days provided it is in original condition and unworn. Please purchase a return label with track & trace for this purpose. The dress can fit through the mailbox (see box in which you received the dress) so make sure you buy a mailbox label and not a package label (these are more expensive).

You will receive the outstanding amount within 5 business days of receiving the item.
