Which size should you choose?
Short answer: your usual size. Our clothing is designed to grow with you, so there’s no need to size up because you’re pregnant. If you’re between two sizes, go for the smaller one — the fabric stretches along with you.
How to measure yourself
Use a tape measure, measure over your underwear, and keep the tape straight but not tight.
- Bust: around the fullest part of your chest.
- Waist: your natural waist, as measured before pregnancy. Already pregnant? Then use your pre-pregnancy measurement.
- Hips: around the widest part of your hips.

Ideally, your hip measurement matches your bust measurement. If you fall somewhere in between, you can often wear both sizes — the smaller one fits more closely, the larger one a little roomier.
Regular or tall?
Some of our trousers come in two lengths. Regular is the standard length, with an inseam of 83 to 84 cm. Tall has a longer leg of 88 cm, made for anyone who usually finds trousers too short.
