How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Slow down, we do not use 24 hour delivery. At Swan and the people, we try to bundle packages as much as possible. Nevertheless, packages are shipped several times a week.

In principle, we deliver the packages 3 or 4 times a week to postal carriers. For more information on the status of your package, please refer to the track & trace email of your package. If you want to receive your package faster, please send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.com so we can check what we can do for you.

NETHERLANDS Shipping costs
The Swan dress is delivered free of charge within the Netherlands with Postnl and can be tracked with track&trace.

BELGIUM Shipping Costs
The perfect maternity dress by Swan and the people is shipped free of charge to Belgium with DHL. The package can be followed with track & trace of DHL.

How do I place an order?
You can easily place an order through the website. Place items in your shopping basket and follow the steps in the purchase process.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?
Shipping of your package is free.

I placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation/shipping confirmation, how is this possible?
It can sometimes happen that the confirmation ends up in your junk mail. If you do not see the confirmation there either, please send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.com.

Do you also sell gift certificates?
Yes, but these are not on the webshop, please send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.com for this.

How can I track my order?
After you place an order on www.swanandthepeople.com, when your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail containing a Track & Trace number. This allows you to track your package all the way to your front door.

Where will my package be delivered if I am not at home?
When ordering 1 item, the package will fit through the mailbox.

What payment methods are available?
Payments are possible via IDEAL, Map, PayPal, Klarna and Bancontact. Should you wish to pay via another payment method, please send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.

I am unable to make a payment, what should I do?
If you are experiencing problems paying on the swanandthepeople.com website, you can try placing your order in a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari or Internet Explorer). If the problem persists, please send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.com.

What should I do if I want to exchange my order?
The purchased item can be exchanged for another size within 14 days, provided it is in original condition and unworn.
Please send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.com, stating your order number. You will receive a different size so you can compare the dresses. Once you have made your choice, you will receive a return label.

Within how many days can I return my order?
The purchased item can be returned within 14 days provided it is in original condition and unworn.

What should I do if I want to return my order?

NETHERLANDS Returns
Returns within the Netherlands are free of charge. The purchased item can be returned within 14 days if it is in original condition and unworn. Please send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.com. You will receive a return label and the outstanding amount will be refunded within 5 working days after receipt of the article.

BELGIUM Returns
The purchased item can be returned within 14 days provided it is in original condition and unworn. Buy a return label with track & trace. With 1 return the article can fit through the mailbox (see box in which you received the dress) so make sure you buy a mailbox label and not a package label (these are more expensive).
Then send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.com so we are aware of your return.
You will receive the outstanding amount within 5 business days of receiving the item.

How can I see if my return has been received?
Through the track & trace code of your return (which you will receive when you drop off your return) you can see if/when we have received your return.

Sizes
Size selection XS tm XXL: The Dresses are tested on different figures and pregnant women from 0-9 months. At the beginning of your pregnancy your beautiful pregnant belly is immediately visible and at the end of your pregnancy the Swan dress gives support because it fits well.
If you normally wear size M, you can order an M now. When in doubt between sizes, feel free to send me an app for advice! (0031)06-55735490.

Plus size: the dress is definitely suitable for larger sizes as well. The fabric is slightly thicker than a normal viscose which makes it very comfortable to wear. There is also enough stretch in the fabric. Show off your curves!
