The information on this website is intended as general information that tries to give the best possible picture of reality. We cannot guarantee that the clothing will look exactly the same as the models on the website, so making a purchase is at your own risk.

4. Contracts and Order Procedure
4.1 By completing the order form on our website and sending it to us, you are entering into a binding contract with us. You start your order by clicking on ‘Add to Cart’ and filling in all mandatory information in the order form.
4.2 Upon receipt of your order we will send you an order confirmation email with the details of your order. Please note that our order confirmation does not constitute a statement of acceptance of your order.
4.3 The purchase contract only becomes effective after Swan and the People has sent the products. Ownership of goods will not be fulfilled until the buyer’s associated obligations have been fulfilled. At the time of transfer of ownership, product liability transfers to the purchaser.
4.4 You accept that Swan and the people can cancel an order after it has been placed. Swan and the people will inform you in writing of the reason for canceling this order and will try to process the order again, possibly with an extended shipping time. This will only happen when mutually agreed upon.
5.1. We accept returns of products ordered through the website within 14 days after purchase. Returns are only accepted when the item is in its original condition, without being washed or visibly worn and without visible damage to the clothing. The clothing may have been put on to see if it fits. Swan and the People may ask the customer what the reason was for returning the product. The customer is not obliged to answer this.
5.2. Always include the order confirmation with the product you are returning. Otherwise it will not be possible for us to provide a refund.

6.1. Our prices include VAT.
7.1. Customers can pay electronically at Swan and the People using IDEAL or PAYPAL. Shipment of the ordered product will take place as soon as Swan and the People has received the payment.
7.2. The customer is obliged to immediately report inaccuracies in payment details provided or stated to Swan and the People.
8. Shipping and Delivery
8.1. After payment has been received in our system, your order will be shipped.

8.3. Within the Netherlands, Germany or Belgium, your order will be delivered in 2-10 working days.
