How long will it take for my package to arrive?
In principle, we deliver packages 3 or 4 times a week to postal workers. For more information on the status of your package, please refer to the track & trace email of your package. If you want to receive your package faster, please send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.com so we can check what we can do for you.

Ordering
How do I place an order?
You can easily place an order via the website. Place items in your shopping basket and follow the steps in the purchase process.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?
Shipping your package is free above 200 EURO. Below 200 EURO we charge 30.25 EURO shipping costs 

I placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation/shipping confirmation, how is this possible?
Sometimes the confirmation may end up in your junk mail. If you do not see the confirmation there either, please send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.com.

Do you also sell gift certificates?
Yes, but these are not on the webshop, please send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.com for this.

Delivery
How can I track my order?
After you place an order on www.swanandthepeople.com, when your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail containing a Track & Trace number. This allows you to track your package all the way to your front door.

Where will my package be delivered if I am not at home?
The package fits through the mailbox.

Payment
What payment methods are available?

Payments are possible via IDEAL, Map, PayPal, Klarna and Bancontact. If you want to pay via another payment method, please send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.

I cannot make a payment, what should I do?
If you are experiencing problems paying on the swanandthepeople.com website, you can try placing your order in a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari or Internet Explorer). If the problem persists, please send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.com.

Returns and Exchanges
What should I do if I want to exchange my order?

Send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.com. Indicate in the subject that it is an exchange and you will receive a different size. You will then receive a return label.

What should I do if I want to return my order?
The purchased item can be returned within 14 days provided it is in original condition and unworn. See the heading returns

Within how many days may I return or exchange my order?
After receiving your order, a return may be returned or exchanged within 14 days.

How can I see if my return has been received?
Via the track & trace code of your return (which you receive when you hand in your return) you can see if/when we have received your return.

Sizes
Size selection XS tm XXL: The dresses are tested on different figures and pregnant women from 0-9 months. At the beginning of your pregnancy your beautiful pregnant belly is immediately visible and at the end of your pregnancy the Swan dress gives support because it fits well.
If you normally wear size M you can now order an M. If you have doubts between two sizes, feel free to send me an app for advice! (0031)06-55735490. 

Plus size: the dress is definitely suitable for larger sizes as well. The fabric is slightly thicker than a normal viscose which makes it very comfortable to wear. There is also enough stretch in the fabric. Show off your curves!
