Slow down, we do not use 24 hour delivery. At Swan and the People, we try to bundle packages as much as possible. Nevertheless, the packages are sent several times a week. 

WORLDWIDE Shipping costs
The perfect maternity dress from Swan and the People is shipped worldwide, free of charge above 200Euro. Below 200 EURO the costs are 30,25 EURO. The package can be followed with track & trace.

WORLDWIDE Exchange
The purchased item can be exchanged for another size within 14 days, provided it is in original condition and unworn.
Please send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.com, stating your order number. You will receive a different size so you can compare the dresses. Once you have made your choice, you return the other dress(es). 

WORLDWIDE Returns
Returns within the Netherlands are free of charge. Returns for the rest of the world are at your own cost. The purchased item can be returned within 14 days if it is in original condition and unworn. Please send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.com so that we are informed of your return.
Within the Netherlands, you will receive a return label and the outstanding amount will be refunded within 5 working days after receipt of the article.
For the rest of the world, please purchase a return label with track & trace. The dress can fit through the mailbox (see box in which you received the dress) so make sure you buy a mailbox label and not a package label (these are more expensive).
