WORLDWIDE Shipping
Slow down, we do not use 24 hour delivery. At Swan and the People we try to bundle the packages as much as possible. Nevertheless, the packages are sent several times a week. 

WORLDWIDE Shipping costs
The Swan dress is shipped worldwide, above 200 EURO for free, and below we charge 30,25 EURO per package. The package can be followed with track & trace.

WORLDWIDE Exchanges
The purchased item can be exchanged for another size within 14 days, provided it is in original condition and unworn.
Please send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.com, stating your order number. You will receive a different size so you can compare the dresses. Once you have made your choice, you return the other dress(es).

WORLDWIDE Returns
The purchased item can be returned within 14 days provided it is in original condition and unworn. Returns within the Netherlands are free of charge. Returns for the rest of the world are at your own cost.
Please purchase a return label with track & trace for this purpose. The dress can fit through the mailbox (see box in which you received the dress) so make sure you buy a mailbox label and not a package label (these are more expensive). Then send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.com so we are informed of your return.
You will receive the outstanding amount within 5 working days after receipt of the article.
