How long does it take until my package arrives?
Netherlands: We sent our parcels twice or three times a week with PostNL. That means you receive your dress between one and five working days. When you order you receive a track&trace code from PostNL. With that code you can easily track the status of your package.

Belgium: Shipping to Belgium is done with DHL. You will receive your package within 2 to 7 working days after you place your order. With the track&trace code you receive after placing your order you can easily track the status of your package.

Germany: Shipping to Germany is done with DPD. You will receive your package within 2 to 8 working days after you place your order. With the track&trace code you receive after ordering you can easily track the status of your package.

How do I place an order?
You can easily place an order via the website. Place items in your shopping cart and follow the steps in the purchase process.

Do I need to pay shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For other countries, please contact us through ask@swanandthepeople.com

Can my order be packed/sent as a gift?
We think your pregnancy is a top achievement on its own, so all Swan dresses are sent as a gift.
I have placed an order but have not received an order confirmation/shipping confirmation, how is this possible?

I have placed an order but have not received an order confirmation/shipping confirmation, how is this possible?
It can sometimes happen that the confirmation ends up in your junk e-mail. If you don’t see a confirmation there either, you can send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.com and we’ll check our system for you.

Where do I enter my discount code?
You can enter your discount code in your shopping cart. Below the articles is a line “Enter discount code”.

Do you also sell gift vouchers?
Yes, but these are not visible in the webshop. Please send us an email (ask@swanandthepeople.com), we’ll tell you everything about the options.

Delivery
Can I track my order?
After placing an order you’ll receive a track&trace code from our handling agency. This is done by email. With this code you can easily track the status of your order online.

When will my dress be delivered?
We try to get our dresses delivered in the most sustainable way, but always within 2 to 8 working days. When your dress leaves our warehouse you receive a track&trace code. With this code you can easily track the status of your order.

Where will my package be delivered if I am not at home?

Payment methods
What payment methods can I choose?

You can pay through IDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact and KLARNA. If you want to pay in a different method, please contact us through ask@swanandthepeople.com

I am unable to make a payment, what should I do?
If you experience problems with paying on the swanandthepeople.com website, you can try to place your order in a different browser (eg Chrome, Safari or Internet Explorer). If the problem persists, please send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.com.

Returns
How do I return an item?

Send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.com. Indicate in the subject that it concerns a return and you will receive a return label.

Within how many days can I return an item?
After you receive your order, you can return the item within 14 days

How do I know if you received my returned item?
After returning an item you receive a track&trace code. With this code you can track the status of your return.

How much does it cost to return my item?
Returns are free within the Netherlands. For other countries the return costs are for the customer.

I would like to change my dress for another size, how does that work?
The purchased item can be exchanged for a different size within 14 days, provided it is in its original condition and unworn. This is free for orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
To do this, send an email to ask@swanandthepeople.com, stating your order number, your current size and the size of the dress you want to exchange it for. You will receive the different sized dress so that you can compare the two dresses you have now. Once you have made your choice, you will receive a return label to return one of the dresses. For the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, changing the size of your dress is free. For other countries, please send us an email, ask@swanandthepeople.com

Sizes
Size choice XS to XXL: The dresses have been tested on different body shapes and pregnant women from 0-9 months. At the beginning of the pregnancy, your beautiful pregnant belly is immediately visible and at the end of your pregnancy the dress gives support because it fits so well.
If you normally wear size M, you can now also order an M. If you have doubts, please send me a whatsapp for advice! +31(0)6-55 735 490.

Plus size: the dress is certainly also suitable for larger sizes. The fabric is slightly thicker than a normal viscose, which makes it very comfortable to wear. There is also enough stretch in the fabric. Show your curves!
